The new Lelit Giulietta X is an amazing machine. It outperforms the previous version in every way, especially in terms of stability. This is partly due to the redesigned heat exchangers and partly due to the clever digital temperature controller. The new digital temperature controller on the Giulietta X uses PID technology to keep the boiler at the correct temperature and also drops the temperature of the boiler after a period of non-use so that brew water doesn’t overheat.For each volumetric button, you can also set pre infusion independently.

The Lelit Giulietta is a commercial coffee machine that is 58cm wide and handcrafted in Italy. It produces authentic espresso with modern levels of consistency and reliability that are demanded by today\'s professional baristas.The Giulietta stands out from other 2 group commercial machines because of its compact size and ability to run off a standard 10 Amp power point. Even so, it has full commercial credentials with its 10 litre boiler, E61 commercial group heads, two cool touch steam wands, and centrally mounted hot water wand.The Giulietta can be either plumbed to mains water or run off external water tanks - select the appropriate option when ordering. Tanks are not included but are available separately here. Note that attaching the Giulietta to mains water is usually done via a water filter such as the Brita C150 PLV.
