Directions for Use

Apply a generous amount to the desired areas and massage vigorously until fully absorbed. For enhanced results, wrap the area with plastic wrap and leave on for 30–45 minutes. A cooling or refreshing sensation may be felt and is considered normal. This cream may also be used for body massage only.
