How to wear short units properly to retain hair growth. 

1.  Wash and condition hair

2.  Moisturize hair with moisturizer of choice.

3. Braid hair going back or in a crown. (Make sure braids are flat and not individually braided, it will create a bump and an unrealistic look). You can leave braids in 1 to 4 weeks.  However, while braided do not neglect your hair.  Apply the same moisturizer across your braids once a week.

4.  Wear wig cap to secure hair

5.  Put unit (wig) on

6.  Secure unit (wig) with Bobbi pins on sides, back and front.  (Do not use pins without tips, they will destroy your hair)

7. Style Unit (wig) as desire or leave as is. 

These are some of the tips used to retaining hair growth while wearing your wig.
