Pupillary Distance- PDYour pupillary distance is an important measurement needed to accurately process your eyewear order. If possible you can ask your eye Dr. to release your PD measurement when you get your eye exam. Or you can take your own measurement with the help of a friend by downloading and printing our PD ruler which measures in millimeters.

To measure with our PD ruler – Have your friend line the zero line to the center of your right pupil, then measure the distance to the center above your left eye. Do this several times to make sure you have it right. Most PD’s for an adult range between 57-64 but can be slightly less or slightly higher depending on each individual.
